As we have warned a few times in past KEDM’s...

As we have warned a few times in past KEDM’s commentary is going to be light going forward as our bearish leanings are not going to change on a daily/weekly basis.  We noted a couple weeks ago that the focus/headlines on tarrifs continue to mask the “real” solvency story that is coming to a head.  We have no keen insights on the China/US negogiations or any country trade deals that will move the market 200bps on a tweet – that’s not our game.  It’s easy to make money but damn hard sitting on our hands (and even harder having a weekly publication with nothing to say)…

With that in mind, we are going to shut off our screens and step off the desk for the next few weeks so we don’t do something stupid and get dragged back into ramping exposure. ED will still be on our minds but we have no desire to put on duration unless it inflects with 6% rates (or gold)…stay liquid, my friends….

Recession/reset is coming

…And retail keeps buying
