Good news! KEDM is now an AI company. While we expect our private market valuation on hyper liquid to at least triple overnight, let us explain what we mean.
First of all, we’re not going to serve you AI slop. One of our promises to our subscribers is that our thematic write-ups and Kliff Notes will always be human-generated. In a world with too much information, a human filtering out the alpha-generating ideas is valuable. We will keep doing that.
But at the same time, we are sitting on more than 6 years of data. When was the last time you pulled up a KEDM from 2023 to read our thoughts on a company you own? Exactly. But that can change.
We’re launching the KEDM MCP server. Trust us, we had no idea what that meant either. Here’s what it comes down to: you can now access our full history through either Claude or ChatGPT, just by asking. It takes 1 minute to set it up, and it’s a lot of fun.
As KEDM users ourselves, we believe we can serve two use cases. First of all is idea generation. You receive your KEDM publication on a Sunday morning. You scroll through the thematic write-up on your phone while sipping your morning coffee. You laugh at our Scott Bessent memes (hopefully), then check out some Kliff Notes, and remind yourself to do some work on 1 or 2 companies the next Monday.
The other one is when you are researching a specific company and need to find all available information on this name. As modern PMs, we tend to load a few years of earnings transcripts and expert calls into our favorite LLM. Then we ask all the questions we used to ask IR on a first call. “Why did margins dip in 2002?”, “When are you finally going to make a profit?”
Finally, we might go to FinTwit and type the ticker in the search bar to see if any FinTwit celebrity has shared their thoughts on the name. We have to filter through all the crypto scams (or, in some cases, adult content from Thailand) known under the same ticker, then find an investor letter from 2 years ago that talks about your stock.
In comes KEDM MCP.
You simply ask Claude or ChatGPT: “What does KEDM think about this stock?”
For most of you, we believe this integrates into your already existing workflow, no need to open our website and download a PDF.
Or if you didn’t have time to read the whole issue on Sunday and you’re too busy to catch up on Monday, ask Claude for a summary of the most actionable ideas.
The best part is, it takes about 1 minute to set up, or 2 minutes if you’re not that tech-savvy – like us.

If that doesn’t work, ask your quant or our customer support. Setup is easy, and we’re here to help.
We are currently loading more functionality. Today, you will find 6 years of Kliff Notes, CEO Changes, 13D / Activist filings, Newsletter Shorts, and Spinoffs.
We’re adding Golden Handcuff notes, M&A, Strategic Alternatives, Bankruptcy Emergence, and, as a final project, our thematic writeups. We hope to roll those out in the next couple of weeks, and we’ll keep you posted.
To get you started, we have replaced our ticker crossover monitor with a “KEDM Focus List”. It’s a list of tickers that have been discussed ad nauseam in KEDM, and which we believe are worth having on your radar.
Set up your MCP server access, then ask Claude or ChatGPT for the KEDM history on AIR US, MRX, or LWAY.
As a final note, you can set up 1 connection with Claude if you don’t have a paid Claude subscription. It still works. You can also ask your LLM for literal notes or a summary of all our notes. Whichever works best for you.
Enjoy, and don’t forget to share your feedback with us.
